Initial Visit
At your initial consultation, the doctor will spend 45-60 minutes taking a thorough history and performing a physical examination. Upon completing the exam, the doctor will present you with a report of findings and perform any necessary treatment.
(Please come 10 minutes early prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork or you can complete the paperwork ahead of time and bring the forms with you to your appointment, see Forms page under Patient Info.)
Insurance
We are an in-network provider for most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and Medicare. We also accept auto accident cases using MedPay. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer flexible payment programs. Please call our office to learn more about our payment options and see if your insurance is accepted, we can verify and explain your benefits before treatment.
